And they could all lead to an Implementation POC Pilot (~4 weeks) that builds a working prototype before you commit to a full project.
No. The consultancy is built for companies at every stage – teams with no AI experience who don’t know where to start, teams whose AI project stalled, and advanced teams with strong technical skills but no or not enough AI-specific expertise.

Have promising use cases but need them validated against real data → AI Strategy Blueprint Workshop. Already building and want a technical audit or hands-on help → Technical Consultancy. It depends on the package: an AI Discovery Consultancy is a single 3-hour session, the AI Strategy Blueprint Workshop runs as two 4-hour sessions over two days, Technical Consultancy is ongoing and flexible, and the Implementation POC Pilot takes about 4 weeks from kickoff to a working, demoed prototype. These are starting points, but if your situation needs a different shape or pace, we adapt the engagement to fit your specific challenge and needs.
Both. We’re an AI development company first, with consulting on top – so unlike a strategy-only advisory firm, the same team that defines your roadmap can also build and deploy the resulting AI system end-to-end.
If needed, we provide ongoing support – either helping your team implement AI independently and transfer knowledge, or handling implementation end-to-end ourselves, depending on what your roadmap calls for.
