AI Summit Sarajevo: Velebit AI on the Future of Engineering

Velebit AI CEO, Davor Aničić, joined the AI Summit Sarajevo last week, hosted by Blum Institut.
Representing both Velebit AI and CroAI (Croatian AI Association), he took part in a panel alongside Hani Zahirović (Bloomteq), Ezzeddine Jradi (Emicol), Tarik Hubana (ArtiAnalytics), and Armin Memić (BH Telecom). The group discussed a topic that’s becoming increasingly urgent: how the role of software engineering is shifting as AI is changing the core of it on a daily basis.
The two-day event took place across several theatres in Sarajevo and brought together over 1,500 attendees and more than 80 speakers. Experts from companies like Microsoft, IBM, Google DeepMind, OpenAI and Fujitsu shared their insights on how AI is being used today and where it’s heading next.
