From September 14-16, our team joined over 4,000 attendees at the Infobip Shift Conference in Zadar – one of the largest developer events in the region. With a full schedule of networking, presentations and panels, Shift offered a great opportunity to connect with global developer experts.

Davor Aničić, our CEO and co-founder, spoke on the panel The Croatian AI Landscape: What’s Next?, hosted by CroAI. Alongside Filip Šašić (Entrepreneurs for Global Change) and Karlo Knežević (Sofascore), the panel raised important questions about the future and sustainable growth of the local AI ecosystem. The discussion was moderated by CroAI board member Dina Hrastović.

On day two, our co-founder and lead data scientist, Mladen Fernežir, took the Flow Stage to present one of our core focus areas: AI for product search. His talk, Evolving Search in Online Marketplaces: Practical Applications of AI, focused on search solutions that can handle inconsistent user-generated content in marketplaces and how we approach multimodal vector search at scale.

The event combined strong content with a relaxed and open atmosphere.
