Mladen spoke in the AI for Commerce track, focusing on how modern search technologies are reshaping the online marketplace experience. His talk covered key developments in lexical and semantic search, dense vs. sparse embeddings, hybrid search, multimodality, advanced retrieval, reranking and the real-world use cases we’ve recently deployed in production for our e-commerce clients.
The conference gathered researchers, engineers and business leaders working at the intersection of AI and product innovation. Mladen also joined Nenad Božić, CEO of SmartCat.io, for a podcast conversation about the future of AI-powered search - a hot topic at this year’s event.
